CLEVELAND - An Ohio appeals court has affirmed a lower court order severing railroad employees' toxic exposure cases from their asbestosis claims, which were dismissed, saying the state's asbestos claims statute did not require that non-asbestos claims be dismissed if asbestos claims fell subject to administrative dismissal. Riedel, et al. v. Consolidated Rail Corp., et al., Nos. 91237, 91238 and 91239 (Ohio Ct. App., 8th Dist.).
