PHILADELPHIA - Physicians who diagnosed thousands of plaintiffs with asbestos-related injuries have been ordered to produce information related to their diagnoses, but the data will be limited in scope to only those records that are relevant to the federal asbestos MDL. In re Asbestos Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 875 (E.D. Pa.).
In a Feb. 25 ruling, Judge Eduardo C. Robreno of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania denied motions to quash subpoenas served on the three doctors.
