PHILADELPHIA - Weeks after breathing life back into a silica docket that has been dormant for nearly three years, a state court judge in Pennsylvania has indicated she intends to have the docket cleared by year's end, sources told HarrisMartin Publishing. In re Philadelphia Silica Products Liability Litigation, No. March Term 2003 No. 00001 (Pa. Comm. Pls., Philadelphia Cty.).
