CINCINNATI - The 6th Circuit Court of Appeals has granted a motion to delay the response brief in welding product defendants' appeal of a $20.7 million verdict and briefing is now expected to be completed in May. Tamraz v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., Nos. 08-4015 and 08-4016 (6th Cir.).
Acting on a motion by appellees Jeff and Terry Tamraz, the appellate court granted an extension until March 3 and rescheduled the reply brief for April 7 and the final appellee brief for May 5.
