PHILADELPHIA - A federal appeals court has rejected Public Citizen's challenge to the occupational exposure standard for hexavalent chromium set by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, but ordered the agency to provide its reasoning. Public Citizen Health Research Group, et al. v. United States Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Nos. 06-1818 and 06-2604 (3rd Cir.).
