Tamraz Plaintiffs Ask Circuit to Consider Prior Daubert Rulings

CINCINNATI - Jeff and Terry Tamraz have asked the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals to consider additional trial court transcripts on Daubert issues they say contradict defendants' assertion that the trial court erred in admitting testimony by Jeff Tamraz's personal physician. Tamraz v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., Nos. 08-4015, 08-4016 (6th Cir.).

The Tamrazes filed their Motion for Addition to Record on Appeal on Jan. 20, saying defendants violated federal rules in raising the issue on appeal "without including in the record all evidence relevant to those findings and conclusions."
