Plaintiffs Move For Voluntary Dismissal of 18 Cases in Federal MDL

CLEVELAND - Plaintiffs counsel has moved for voluntary dismissal of 18 cases pending in the federal multi-district litigation and asked that the dismissals be without prejudice. In Re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, No. 1:03-CV-17000 [MDL Docket No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).

The motion was filed on Feb. 26 and stated that those plaintiffs "no longer seek to prosecute their individual claims against Defendants."
