CLEVELAND - The special master has submitted an amended order to the federal Welding Fume Products Liability MDL, spelling out restrictions on trial use of confidential data belonging to non-parties Brad A. Racette, M.D., and Washington University. In Re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, No. 1:03-CV-17000 [MDL Docket No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).
