EL PASO, Texas - Raytheon Co. has asked a federal court to strike an April 9 trial date in the wake of a court decision barring testimony about dosage from a plaintiff's expert. Norwood v. Raytheon Company Inc., No. EP-04-CA-127-PRM (W.D. Texas).
Raytheon said in its motion that plaintiff's causation expert relied on the excluded expert's testimony and it is the company's belief that there is no longer a foundation for the plaintiffs' claims.
