JPMDL Transfers 13 Tag-Along Cases to Federal MDL in Ohio

CLEVELAND - The federal welding fumes product liability MDL court has filed a transfer order adding 13 "tag-along" cases from Minnesota and Mississippi to the list of 408 actions already placed for disposition in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. In Re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535 [No. 03-17000] (N.D. Ohio).

The order filed on Jan. 15 finalizes the conditional transfer order issued by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on Dec. 30.
