Dr. Harron Seeks to Dismiss Deception Claim, Says Court Lacks Jurisdiction

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. -- Dr. Ray Harron, who has been accused by asbestos defendant CSX Transportation Inc. of issuing fraudulent diagnoses, has filed a motion to dismiss the deception claim asserted against him, arguing that the federal court in which the claim was filed does not have subject matter jurisdiction.
