OAKLAND, Calif. - A plaintiff whose case is set for trial next month in California has failed to show that he was exposed to one of the two remaining defendants' products and should not be allowed to proceed with his claims against its manufacturer, according to a motion filed recently in the case. Macias v. Lone Star Industries, Inc., et al., No. RG05210491 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
