Calif. Defendant Want to Open Discovery in 'One-of-a-Kind' Silica Case

LOS ANGELES - A defendant named in a California silica case has requested that the court lift a stay on discovery so that they may gather more information about a case it says is based on facts that are "truly one of a kind."
