COLUMBIA, Miss. - Defendants remaining in a case set for trial next month in Mississippi have moved for summary judgment, claiming the plaintiff failed to present evidence that he used any of defendants' products or that they caused his silica-related injury. Brown v. Pulmosan Safety Equipment, et al., No. 2006-0224 (Miss. Cir. Ct., Marion Cty.).
