CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - A federal judge has rejected a Bextra plaintiff's request for reconsideration of the court's order denying her motion to remand to state court, saying the plaintiff mischaracterized the basis for the court's ruling and that her allegations against non-diverse sales representative defendants remain "very general."
