TRENTON, N.J. - A New Jersey appellate court has affirmed an order dismissing the Vioxx product liability claims of 98 English and Welsh plaintiffs, stating that the unavailability of certain causes of action in foreign jurisdictions does not preclude dismissal under forum non conveniens. In Re Vioxx Litigation, No. A-1731-06T1 (N.J. Super. Ct., App. Div.).
