CHICAGO - The existence of a temporal relationship between taking a medication and the onset of symptoms does not show a sufficient causal relationship, the 7th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals has ruled in affirming summary judgment for defendants in a Remicade suit. Ervin v. Johnson & Johnson Inc., et al., No. 06-2820 (7th Cir.).
