Iowa Judge Rejects Remicade Parties' Motion to Unseal Daubert Ruling

DAVENPORT, Iowa - An Iowa judge has refused to unseal and publish his order granting both Centocor Inc.'s motion in limine to exclude a Remicade plaintiff's expert's causation testimony, and the company's motion for summary judgment, saying the order wouldn't add anything to "the already well-developed area of law for Daubert issues.
