Federal Judge Denies Tenn. Vioxx Plaintiff's Retrial Request

NEW ORLEANS - A federal judge has denied a retrial request from a Tennessee man who failed to persuade jurors that his use of Vioxx caused him to suffer a heart attack and that Merck & Co.
