NEW ORLEANS - Two healthcare services providers have moved to dismiss a pair of cases from the federal Vioxx MDL for plaintiffs' alleged violation of pretrial discovery requirements, saying the plaintiffs' inaction serves to hinder and prejudice the defense of their claims.
