TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The estate of a woman who allegedly died of Stevens-Johnson Syndrome complications has sued Pfizer Inc. and its related companies, several sales representatives and a pharmacy, claiming that the woman's ingestion of Celebrex caused her injuries. Allen v. Pfizer Inc., et al., No. CV-2007-900125 (Ala. Cir. Ct., Tuscaloosa Cty.).
Michael Allen, as the administrator of the estate of Alabama resident Nina Earline Ratliff, filed the wrongful death complaint April 21 in the Circuit Court of Tuscaloosa County (Ala.).
