NEWARK, N.J. - A New Jersey attorney who represents several hundred plaintiffs suing Merck & Co. Inc. over alleged Vioxx-related injuries has filed a lawsuit against the FDA, claiming the agency has failed to comply with the time requirements of the Freedom of Information Act.
