SAN FRANCISCO - An Alabama man who alleged that his short-term use of Bextra caused him to suffer blindness has moved to dismiss his lawsuit against Pfizer Inc., stating that he no longer wishes to pursue the matter. In Re: Bextra and Celebrex Marketing, Sales Practices and Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1699 (N.D. Calif.).
