SAN FRANCISCO - Pfizer Inc. and other defendants in the federal Bextra/Celebrex MDL have moved to dismiss with prejudice more than 100 cases, saying plaintiffs have failed to comply with discovery obligations and the court has already exhausted less drastic sanctions. In Re: Bextra and Celebrex Marketing Sales Practices and Product Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1699 (N.D. Calif.).
