ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. - A New Jersey state judge has postponed the trial of a man who claims his long-term use of Merck & Co. Inc.'s arthritis drug Vioxx caused his heart attack, but another Vioxx trial is still scheduled to begin June 5. In Re: Vioxx Litigation, Case No. 619 (N.J. Super. Ct., Atlantic Cty.).
