LOS ANGELES - Merck & Co. Inc. is arguing that plaintiffs in California's coordinated Vioxx proceedings who failed to submit fact sheets by the court-ordered deadline should not be allowed to request relief from dismissal. Vioxx® Cases, JCCP No. 4247 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).
