NEW ORLEANS - A woman in an Alabama Vioxx suit that was transferred to the MDL has opposed a renewed motion to dismiss filed by three physicians, saying that the medical negligence claims asserted against the non-diverse doctors are viable. In Re: Vioxx Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1657 (E.D. La.).
