PSC Seeks Remand Procedure to Improve Vioxx MDL Trial Efficiency

NEW ORLEANS - The Plaintiffs' Steering Committee for the federal Vioxx MDL has moved to implement a procedure for the rapid remand of certain cases to enable them to reach trial more efficiently in their originating forums and produce instructive verdict results.
