State Court Panel Signs Order Coordinating Bextra Cases

NEW YORK - More than 60 claims alleging injury caused by ingestion of the withdrawn arthritis drug Bextra have been coordinated before a single judge in New York. Kelly v. Pfizer Inc., No. 102893/2005 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., New York Cty.).
According to a decision and order released Dec. 1, the New York Litigation Coordinating Panel said the state court Bextra cases will be centralized in the New York County Supreme Court.
