Counsel Disagree Over Counsel, Motion Practice and Coordination

SAN FRANCISCO - Heading into the first-ever case management conference for the newly created Celebrex and Bextra MDL, plaintiffs and defendants have filed a joint brief indicating that they are at odds over several issues that will be included in the MDL's case management order.
