Plaintiffs Urge MDL Judge Not to Dismiss 'Headless' Classes

LAFAYETTE, La. - Plaintiffs in the Vioxx MDL have filed a response to a defense motion they say aims to dismiss nearly two-thirds of the proposed state class actions for injury and wrongful death allegedly caused by ingestion of the arthritis drug.
