LOS ANGELES - Plaintiffs in the California Vioxx litigation have indicated that they want to change the way cases are filed in the state so that the filing procedure mirrors that which was adopted recently by the federal MDL. In Re: VIOXX® Cases, JCCP No. 4247 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).
