Pharmacy Says It Can't Be Held Liable for Plaintiff's Celebrex Injury Claims

PHILADELPHIA - A pharmacy named as a defendant in a Celebrex personal injury suit is seeking dismissal from the case, arguing that the plaintiffs failed to indicate in their complaint that the pharmacy even sold the drug that caused the alleged injury.
