ANGLETON, Texas - After the trial date was postponed at the request of the Vioxx MDL judge, a case pending in Texas state court that was originally set for May 31 has been reset for July, according to sources. Ernst v. Merck & Co., Inc., et al., No. 19961*BH02 (Texas Dist. Ct., Brazoria Cty.).
