Parties in Upcoming Vioxx Trials Seek Delays

Trial dates that had been set for this month in what were expected to be the first two Vioxx cases to proceed to a jury will likely be postponed at the request of counsel, who have also indicated that the federal MDL judge would like the trials delayed, sources told HarrisMartin Publishing.
