McALLEN, Texas - A Texas woman who claims she suffered a heart attack as a result of her ingestion of Vioxx and Celebrex has filed a motion to remand, claiming that her physician was not fraudulently joined to the action because he allegedly told the plaintiff to ignore press reports indicating that the drugs were dangerous.
