Summary: This study sought to evaluate the effect of a formulary change from Celebrex to Vioxx on the blood pressure of Native American patients at a medical center in Arizona. Differences in the systolic and diastolic blood pressure before and after the therapy change were evaluated using a paired Student's t-test.
