Vioxx Plaintiffs Challenge Doctors' Motion for Summary Judgment on Causation

MCCALLEN, Texas - Plaintiffs in a Vioxx medical malpractice/wrongful death complaint are challenging a summary judgment motion filed by two doctors who claim that the plaintiff's own experts testified there was no evidence the doctors deviated from the normal standard of care or that Vioxx caused the plaintiff's death.
