Merck Urges Mich. Court to Reconsider Remand Order That Was Based on Ky. Ruling

DETROIT - A federal judge in Michigan who remanded a Vioxx medical monitoring class action based on a neighboring district's opinion in a similar case misinterpreted the parallel ruling, defendant Merck urges recently in a motion asking the Michigan court to reconsider its decision.
