DETROIT - A federal judge in Michigan who remanded a Vioxx medical monitoring class action based on a neighboring district's opinion in a similar case misinterpreted the parallel ruling, defendant Merck urges recently in a motion asking the Michigan court to reconsider its decision. Duronio v. Merck & Co., Inc., et al., No. 05-70619 (E.D. Mich.).
