NEW ORLEANS - Plaintiffs have consented to a motion to dismiss several causes of action in a Celebrex case after defendant Pfizer Inc. argued that they fell outside the state's products liability law and were not pled with sufficient particularity. Ward v. Pfizer, Inc., No. 04-3469 (E.D. La.).
