NEW ORLEANS - Defendant Pfizer Inc. has filed a motion to dismiss several causes of action asserted in a Louisiana woman's Celebrex personal injury suit, arguing that the claims are barred by the exclusivity provision of the state's products liability law and are not pled with sufficient particularity. Ward v. Pfizer, Inc., No. 04-3469 (E.D. La.).
