Judge Denies Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Enbrel Case

SALT LAKE CITY - A federal judge has denied a motion to dismiss an Enbrel negligence action after the drug's manufacturers argued they had no duty to provide medical advice to a plaintiff who called a customer service line established for patients taking the drug. Vanstaveren v. Amgen Inc., et al., No. 2:04CV00697 DB (D. Utah).
