Judge Denies Plaintiff's Motion to Remand Cardiovascular Injury Lawsuit

GALVESTON, Texas - A judge in Texas has denied a plaintiff's motion to remand a Vioxx injury case that had previously been sent back to state court by another judge, but was removed again after some of the in-state defendants named in the suit were dismissed.
