LAKE CHARLES, La. - A couple who claims their daughter's use of Remicade caused her to suffer a fatal allergic reaction are appealing a federal judge's decision to deny their motion to remand and dismiss claims against the pharmacist that dispensed the biologic treatment. Lyons v. Centocor, Inc. et al. No. 03-1643(W.D. La.).

Sam and Patricia Lyons, who brought suit against Remicade manufacturer Centocor on behalf of their daughter Cynthia, filed the notice of appeal March 11 in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal.
