NEW YORK - A New York judge recently granted a motion to dismiss a case brought by six plaintiffs who allege injuries caused by ingestion of Bextra, Celebrex and Vioxx, but will afford each an opportunity to replead their actions in separate complaints. Sabatino v. Pfizer Inc., et al., No. 101572/05 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., New York Cty.).
