NEW ORLEANS - A federal judge has granted motions to exclude testimony of two plaintiffs' experts in the retrial of the first federal Vioxx lawsuit against Merck, saying the experts failed to offer new evidence and were medically unqualified to present testimony. In Re: Vioxx Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1657 (E.D. La.).
