ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Remicade manufacturer Centocor, Inc., is seeking to exclude the testimony of a woman's expert witness claiming that the doctor's opinions and methodology are unreliable under Daubert. Rolwes v. Centocor, Inc. et al. No. 03-CV-00151 (E.D. Mo.).
Centocor stated in its March 2 motion in limine to exclude the testimony of Dr. Donald Marks that Marks is not qualified to proffer testimony regarding whether Remicade caused Janet Rolwes to develop tuberculosis because he is neither an expert in rheumatology nor FDA regulatory affairs.
