Aventis Opposes Plaintiffs' Motion for Interlocutory Appeal

BATON ROUGE, La. - The manufacturer of Arava filed an opposition to the plaintiffs' motion for certification of an interlocutory appeal of a judge's order denying their motion to remand, contending that the plaintiffs' failure to warn claim against the pharmacists who dispensed the drug is not recognized under Louisiana law.
