SALT LAKE CITY - Enbrel manufacturers have asked a federal judge in Utah to dismiss a lawsuit based on allegedly poor advice given a patient who called their customer service line. Vanstaveren v. Amgen Inc., et al., No. 2:04CV00697 DB (D. Utah).
The motion is set to be argued on Nov. 19 before U.S. District Judge Dee Benson.
