JACKSON, Miss. - A plaintiff's allegations of failure to obtained informed consent are sufficient to show that a doctor was not fraudulently joined to a Mississippi complaint alleging injury caused by ingestion of the arthritis drug Celebrex, a federal judge has ruled. Long v. G.D. Searle & Co., et al., No. 04-282 (S.D. Miss.).
