Court: Mississippi Celebrex-Stroke Claims Were Timely, Pled Sufficiently

JACKSON, Miss. - A plaintiff's allegations of failure to obtained informed consent are sufficient to show that a doctor was not fraudulently joined to a Mississippi complaint alleging injury caused by ingestion of the arthritis drug Celebrex, a federal judge has ruled.
